Shipping policy

-Shipping is free on orders $75 or more in the USA!
-There is a flat rate shipping and handling charge of $7.50 for all orders under $75.
-Local pickup is also an option. If choosing local pickup at checkout, please email hello@shymarfa.com to schedule a time to pick up your order.

What if my artwork shows up damaged?

It's very rare but it does happen that a package is damaged in shipment. When this happens we want to get the issue resolved promptly for you. Follow these steps:

  1. Open and inspect your artwork as soon as possible once it has been delivered.
  2. If you notice any damages to the artwork or package, please keep all packing materials on hand as it may be required should we need to open a insurance claim with UPS.
  3. Please send photos of the damage to hello@shymarfa.com
  4. We will then review and advise on the best course of action to get you and your artwork taken care of in the most efficient manner possible.
