Returns
All sales are final. Please review all size charts and product details carefully before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged, please follow the instructions below.
Damaged Artwork
Damage during shipping is rare, but unfortunately it can happen. If your artwork arrives damaged, we’ll do our best to help get things resolved as quickly as possible.
Please follow these steps:
- Open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
- If there is damage to the artwork or packaging, please keep all packing materials, as they may be needed for an insurance claim with UPS.
- Email photos of the damage to hello@lovemarfa.com
Once we receive the photos, we’ll review everything and help figure out the best way to get you taken care of as quickly as possible.
