Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Please make sure to view all size charts on apparel and prints before placing an order. If your item arrives damaged, please see instructions below.
What if my artwork shows up damaged?
It's very rare but it does happen that a package is damaged in shipment. When this happens we want to get the issue resolved promptly for you. Follow these steps:
- Open and inspect your artwork as soon as possible once it has been delivered.
- If you notice any damages to the artwork or package, please keep all packing materials on hand as it may be required should we need to open a insurance claim with UPS.
- Please send photos of the damage to hello@lovemarfa.com
- We will then review and advise on the best course of action to get you and your artwork taken care of in the most efficient manner possible.
