About Love, Marfa

Love, Marfa is a gift shop in far West Texas created by photographer and artist Lesley Villarreal. What began as a photography gallery has grown into a colorful little shop filled with handmade stickers, original photography, funny souvenirs, wearable art.

After reopening following the pandemic and Lesley’s battle with stage 3 breast cancer, the shop took on a new spirit: creating art that makes people smile, laugh, and feel connected to this weird little town.

Now Love, Marfa is growing again. We’re joining forces with June TeeZe, the hand-drawn graphic tee brand created by Lesley’s husband, Junie Villarreal, a Marfa-born artist with a silly sense of humor and a love for making shirts that feel like local inside jokes. Together, Love, Marfa and June TeeZe bring photography, handmade gifts, original designs, Miguel Myers weirdness, and plenty of Marfa humor under one roof.

Love, Marfa celebrates creativity, storytelling, local art, and the imperfect beauty of small town life.
